About the Journal
The READS Journal is an open space for emerging researchers to share their findings and reflections in the field of Business Administration and its interdisciplinary connections with other areas of knowledge. Focused on undergraduate research and postgraduate specialization programs (Brazil’s “lato sensu”), the journal fosters an environment of academic dialogue and innovation, where new ideas gain visibility.
Published on a rolling basis, READS accepts manuscripts in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and is entirely free of charge, with no submission, review, or publication fees. The journal reaffirms its commitment to open science, the democratization of knowledge, and academic excellence.

Notice Regarding DOI and ISSN Registration Process
READS – Scientific Initiation Journal in Business Administration informs that all articles published in this issue have received institutional DOIs assigned by PRISM JOURNALS through the official Crossref prefix 10.67144.
However, the definitive registration of metadata with Crossref is temporarily dependent on the completion of the journal’s electronic ISSN registration process, which is currently underway. Therefore, the assigned DOIs already correspond to the official permanent identification structure of the articles, but their public activation and full indexing within Crossref systems will occur after the formal identification process of the journal is completed.
The journal clarifies that this situation is temporary and is part of the initial editorial structuring and scientific indexing process of the journal.
